Next Level Property Management LLC ("Next Level", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on nextlevelpm.co, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the forms on it. It does not apply to other sites we link to.
Who We Are

Information You Give Us
When you fill out a form or contact us, you choose what to share. Our forms can collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Property details, such as the address, number of units and current situation of a property you own or are thinking about buying
- The message you write to us
- Details you add to a resident profile form
We use these forms for owner inquiries, leasing inquiries, syndication interest sign-ups, resident profile forms and market report emails. Submitted forms are delivered by email to Next Level staff and stored by us so we can respond, follow up and keep a record of the conversation.
If you call or email us directly, we keep the details you give us for the same purposes.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider and tools may receive standard technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use it to keep the site working, find errors and understand which pages are useful.
Site Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure visits and page speed. These tools are designed to work without cookies and do not follow you across other websites.
We also use StackOS analytics to count visits, see which pages and links are used, record form submissions and find errors on the site. It does not store IP addresses or follow you across other websites. If you arrive from an ad or a tagged campaign link, StackOS keeps that ad click or campaign in your browser's storage, a technology similar to a cookie, for up to 90 days, so a form you send later can be credited to it. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
The site also keeps its own first-party visit statistics: pages viewed, approximate location from the network, device type, and the page or campaign that brought you to the site. No names or IP addresses are stored with them. To connect visits into one, a random visitor ID and the page or campaign of your first visit are kept in your browser's storage and in two first-party cookies, so a form you send can be credited to how you found us. They are not shared with other websites.
Marketing and Analytics Tags
We may use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use the site and to measure our advertising. If we turn these on, they may set cookies or similar technologies and may collect information such as pages viewed, the device you use and whether you came from an ad. These providers handle that data under their own privacy policies. You can limit cookies in your browser settings and use the controls each provider offers.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Prepare proposals, schedule calls and follow up on owner and leasing inquiries
- Add you to the syndication interest list or send market reports you asked for
- Provide information to current and prospective residents
- Operate, secure and improve the website
- Measure and improve our marketing
- Meet legal, accounting and recordkeeping duties
We send marketing emails only to people who asked for them or who have a business relationship with us. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that host the site, deliver email, store records, provide analytics or help us communicate with you. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- AppFolio, which runs our resident and owner portals. When you sign in to a portal or pay rent through it, AppFolio collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy. Please read it before you use the portal.
- A scheduling service, if you book a call or tour through one. The booking is handled by that provider under its own privacy policy.
- Professional advisors, such as accountants and attorneys.
- Courts, regulators and law enforcement when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights or safety.
- A buyer or successor, if Next Level is sold or merged. We would require them to honor this policy.
Market Data
Some market figures on this site come in part from ALN Apartment Data and other published sources. We show them for general information only. They are not an appraisal, investment advice or a guarantee about any property. Market data on the site is not about you personally, and using it does not require you to give us any information.
Third-Party Sites and Portals
Our site links to other sites and services, including AppFolio portals and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, to meet legal and accounting requirements and to resolve disputes. Inquiry records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable time after. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove details that identify you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you give us, including limiting access to staff who need it. No website or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information, such as bank account numbers or government ID numbers, through our general contact forms.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or business reasons
- Stop sending you marketing emails

Nevada Residents
Nevada law (NRS 603A.300 to 603A.360) lets Nevada residents opt out of the sale of certain covered information collected online. Next Level does not sell personal information as that term is defined in Nevada law, and we do not plan to. If you want to submit an opt-out request anyway under NRS 603A.340, or have a question about it, email hello@nextlevelpm.co with "Nevada opt-out request" in the subject line. We will respond within 60 days, with a possible extension of up to 30 days if we need it.
Residents of Other States
Some other states give residents additional rights over their personal information, such as the right to know, correct or delete it. If you live in one of those states, you may use the contact details above to make a request, and we will handle it as the law that applies to you requires.
Do Not Track
Browsers may send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. When yours does, our own visit statistics record nothing. The other tools described above may not respond to that signal; you can limit them with your browser settings and the controls each provider offers.
Children
Our site and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will take extra steps to tell you where the law requires it.
