Next Level Property Management is committed to making nextlevelpm.co usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our Goal
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test and fix issues as part of building and updating the site, but we have not claimed full conformance. Accessibility is ongoing work, and some parts of the site may fall short of the goal.
What We Do
- Keyboard access: pages, menus, forms and interactive elements can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a logical tab order.
- Skip link: a link at the top of each page lets keyboard and screen reader users jump past the navigation to the main content.
- Reduced motion: animation and movement are limited or turned off when your device is set to reduce motion. Content is visible without relying on animation.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images have descriptive alt text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Color contrast: text and key interface elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios. Information is not conveyed by color alone.
- Structure: pages use real headings, lists, landmarks and labeled form fields so assistive technology can describe them correctly.
- Responsive layout: the site works on phones, tablets and desktops and can be zoomed and resized without losing content.
- Readable language: we write in plain English and avoid jargon where we can.
Known Limitations
- Some third-party tools we link to or embed, including the AppFolio resident and owner portals, any scheduling service and mapped or charted market data, are run by other companies. We do not control their accessibility, but we will work with you to find another way to get what you need.
- Older documents, such as PDFs, may not be fully accessible. Ask us and we will provide the information in another format.
