Multifamily Syndication

Multifamily syndication: join the interest list

We are building toward future multifamily syndications led by operators. Tell us you are interested and we will reach out when the next one comes up.

The problem

Good operators are hard to find

Many people who want a share in apartment ownership do not know who runs the property day to day. A syndication is only as strong as the team that operates it, so who that team is matters. Joining our list lets us start a conversation early.

Important notice

This page is not an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of an offer to buy them, and no offering is being made. Joining the interest list does not create any obligation. Details about any future offering are shared only with qualified prospective investors when an offering exists.

What we do

How we handle multifamily syndication

Run by operators

Next Level manages, markets and renovates apartments in Reno. Anything we bring forward would be run by the same team that does that work.

Local market knowledge

Our work is rooted in Reno and northern Nevada, so we know the submarkets, the buildings and the vendors.

Open books, plain language

We explain how a property works, what the plan is and where the risks sit. If a deal comes up, you will hear it from the people doing the work.

Direct contact

You talk with the team, not a call center. Ask questions now about how we operate, even before an opportunity exists.

How it works

A clear plan from day one.

Questions

Multifamily Syndication questions

What is multifamily syndication?
Multifamily syndication is when a group of investors pools capital to buy an apartment property, led by an operating team. This page is only an interest list, and no offering exists today.
Is this an offer to invest?
No. This page is not an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to buy them. Details are shared only with qualified prospective investors when an offering exists.
What happens when I join the interest list?
You are added to a list of people who want to hear about future opportunities. We contact you when the next one comes up, and you decide then whether to take part.
Does joining commit me to anything?
No. Joining is a request to be contacted. It does not commit you to any purchase or give you any claim on a property.
Who runs the properties in a syndication?
Next Level Property Management is an operator, and our management, marketing and accounting teams do that work every day. How any future syndication would be structured would be explained when it exists.
Why does a multifamily syndication need a good operator?
An operator decides how the property is marketed, leased, repaired and reported on. That is why our multifamily syndication page leads with who runs the work. Read our articles on due diligence and cap rates to see how to judge any deal.
