Market data on the Site comes in part from third-party sources such as ALN Apartment Data. We try to present it accurately, but we do not guarantee it, and it may change or be revised by its source. Past performance does not predict future results.
Property Listings and Availability
Rents, availability, features and photos shown for homes and communities can change without notice and may not reflect current conditions. Contact us to confirm details. A listing on the Site is not an offer to lease. Any lease depends on application, screening and a signed lease agreement.

Intellectual Property
The Site's text, images, logos, graphics, design and software are owned by or licensed to Next Level and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We give you a limited, revocable permission to view the Site and to download or print a single copy of its materials for personal, non-commercial use. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. It ends automatically if you break these terms. Any other use needs our written permission.
Information You Send Us
When you send us information through a form or email, you promise it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas, feedback or comments, you allow us to use them to run and improve our business without paying you or crediting you.
Third-Party Sites and Portals
The Site links to other sites and services, including resident and owner portals run by AppFolio and any scheduling service we use. Those are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We have not reviewed everything they contain, we do not control them, and a link is not an endorsement. These terms apply only to the Site. Our services to owners and residents are covered by the written agreements we sign with them.
Ending Your Access

We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply from the date posted. Using the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
If a Term Cannot Be Enforced
