T. Tran, founding partner and broker

T started in new home sales and new construction in Sparks, Reno and South Lake Tahoe. When the recession hit Nevada, she moved into property management, running single-family portfolios, new construction lease-ups and Section 42 multifamily communities.

In 2011 she moved to Las Vegas to lead the Turnberry Towers team as broker, overseeing sales and leasing through the sellout. She then returned to the Reno and Sparks area to broker for a local property management company.

In 2019 T founded Imperium Property Management and Consulting, working with developers and other management companies on everything from software implementation to due diligence on new projects. She also mediated between landlords, property managers and residents.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, T helped local officials craft language for the rent and mortgage moratorium the Governor adopted, and set up a landlord and resident mediation program so both sides got help as CARES funds were distributed. She then partnered with Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada to get assistance out the door.

She has worked with government at the local, legislative and state levels, led a Secretary of State campaign for a former Sparks city councilman, served on the Nevada Real Estate Division Advisory Committee and Reno's Tenant Issues and Concerns Advisory Board, and now serves on the Washoe County HOME Consortium Technical Review Committee, the City of Sparks Citizen Advisory Committee and the Riverwalk Merchants Association.
