Chris started in his father's accounting firm, where he learned how businesses actually make and lose money. That grounding in the numbers still drives every marketing and operating decision he makes.
In 2012 he founded Next Level Communities, a digital growth agency that serves apartment communities exclusively. For more than ten years it has worked with multifamily owners, developers and management companies on positioning, high-converting community websites and performance marketing that speeds up leasing.
From 2017 to 2023 Chris was CEO of Kramer Properties, a multifamily investment and development company. He led acquisitions, repositioning and sales, raising NOI through marketing, sales systems, construction coordination and tight operations. At the peak he managed up to nine multifamily assets at once and achieved record-setting value appreciation in Midtown Reno.
